This multifunctional vase, called iceberg, embodies a contemporary vision of design, where every object must transcend its primary use. In addition to bringing a natural touch to the interior with flowers, it provides a discreet space for storing keys or other small items. Inspired by Scandinavian simplicity, it plays on contrasts of shapes and materials, creating a clean design that invites serenity while optimizing living space. The strength of generative design lies in its ability to express the complex, organic, and unique nature of the creation. The glass appears as if it has been frozen, like an iceberg captured in this form. »

generative design
The entire project was designed using an algorithm created with Grasshopper to create a complex organic pattern and give the
product the feeling that nature had shaped it itself. Various variables in this algorithm allow generating different sizes, shapes, positions, and depths of the pattern until finding the parameters that best define the desired design (see pictures below).
